Very fast shipping and it arrived in perfect condition. Tested in cold and rain, size XL is perfect for my dachshund of over 11 kg; maybe a bit snug, but fine. In the rain it's waterproof, and since it's fluffy inside it's also warm.
The measurements match the description well. Snap buttons take a little longer to fasten, but they avoid catching fur the way a zip does. For a 2 kg Chihuahua, this model in size S is perfect.
